Restoration Updates

June 29, 2007 - The First School is open for tours. The inside is still in great need of restoration but the outside is looking great. Fundraising continues for interior work.

June 2007 - The construction crew is working on the siding and front entryway.

School Move

May 2007 - The school is moving! Telkamp moving of Brookings, SD, moves the school from it's longtime home on 3rd street to its new home on the Society property on Olivet Ave.

January 2007 - Currently plans are underway to begin working on the school in the spring when weather permits. Additions will be removed and the building will be moved to a new location near the giftshop.
